These simple yet powerful words spoken by Bishop Kenneth Ulmer in February 2002 still resonate in my spirit and also in the spirit of many of my friends who are walking with the Lord and had the opportunity to hear it.

Healthy things grow, growing things change, changing things challenge us, challenge forces us to trust God, trust leads to obedience, obedience makes us healthy and healthy things grow….
