I was watching Desperate Housewives the other day (something I don't normally do) and at the end they said something that caught my attention.
"Nothing is more deceptive than a smile and no one knows better that the people behind them"
I have several of those deceptive smiles:
- There's my I feel fine smile
- my everything is OK smile
- my i don't need any help, I have everything I need smile
- my sure, I can help, no problem smile
and my famous one............
- my I don't know what else to do but smile smile
Now there are times when these smiles are genuine, don't get me wrong. It's just that with the way life is for me right now, my fake me out smiles are getting increasingly harder to put on thus the reason this statement caught my attention.
