OK y'all, Shaun T. is my new best friend. I just got Hip Hop Abs and I absolutely positively love it. I am such a great dancer now. Watch out when you see me on the dance floor.... LOL!
I would recommend this tape to EVERYONE, guys and gals a like. If you work out at home, do yourself a favor and get this tape. It makes you feel so, confident, (like yeah, what son!) :)
